Dr Pechar graduated from the University of Sydney in 1989 and spent the first 2 years of his dental career in a family orientated practice in Orange. In 1992, he moved back to Sydney and became an Associate dentist in a long standing Manly practice. In 2006, he purchased that practice and formed Dr Pechar and Associates.Source page
Dr Cliffe grew up in the Manly area going to school locally before completing a bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Sydney. With her husband, she relocated to South Australia where she completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2010.Source page
