Dr Hapangama is an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon who gained his Dental Degree at the University of Dundee, Scotland in 1995. He worked as a Dental Surgeon in various hospitals throughout Scotland and England, gaining his primary Fellowship in Dental Surgery in 1998 from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow.Source page
He obtained his Specialist Fellowship in 2008 from the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons and joined the Canberra Hospital as a Staff Specialist.Source page
