Very friendly and welcoming from receptionists to dentists and dental assistants. I had to take my 4 year old twins along and they made me feel welcomed and loved that they were equipped with items to keep my twins entertained whilst we waited. Once we got in the dentist and dental assistant were very kind and friendly. Loved everything about the clinic. Service was 10 out of 10, will be going back for my dental work that is needed. Thank you riverside dental spa for making my visit enjoyable.
Best dentist experience I've had in a long time. All staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Jada. The dentist chair was super comfy. Friends episode was a great touch to keep me distracted. James explained everything in great detail before he did anything and he was super thorough and gentle with my teeth clean. I've already recommended your practice to two different people today. Thanks again.
Just had my 3rd appt at Riverside Dental & Highly Recommend. The staff are all lovely & Dr Karenza would have to be the Loveliest person, she is caring & very gentle & extremely professional. She Explains all of my treatment options & is very good at putting patients at ease. I have referred family members who have been equally as happy as I am. The staff are all lovely from the moment you walk in the door. I rate Riverside very highly especially for anxious patients & wouldn't go anywhere else.
